For youth (Gr. 6 to Gr. 12) or adults who have not yet been baptized or who have been baptized into another Christian faith, or who seek 1st Eucharist and/or Confirmation
What you need to register:
- Copy of youth/adult’s Birth Certificate
- Copy of youth/adult’s Baptism Certificate (if applicable)
- Copy of youth/adult’s 1st Eucharist Certificate (if applicable)
- Copy of sponsor’s Confirmation Certificate
