Requirements:
- Copy of child’s Birth Certificate with both parents’ names on it
- Copy of godparent(s)'s Confirmation Certificate(s)
- Completion of the Baptism Prep course (ex: online, through St. Thomas More, or through St. Joseph's Basilica etc.)
- Completion of the Baptism Form
To register:
- Call the parish office to book an appointment (when you will also choose a date)
- Registration is open year-round
