Joint Parish Pastoral Council
As the representative and coordinating body of the parish community, the Parish Council strives to discern ways that the parish can fulfill its mission. In order to spread the good news of Christ, the Council provides advice and assistance to the Pastor for the building of our faith community.
Stewardship Committee
The Stewardship Committee brings awareness of our God-given gifts of time, talent, and treasure. It helps us to use these gifts consciously and responsibly.
Greeters
The greeter is a minister of hospitality, chosen to reflect the warmth and welcome of Christ himself, and always conscious of Christ's words: "I was a stranger and you welcomed me." The ministry is open to all women and men, young and old.
Ushers
Much of the usher's work is done behind the scenes. They help to seat parishioners and assist with emergencies. During Mass, ushers assist with "traffic flow" at Communion, take collections, and hand out bulletins.
Social / Hospitality
These ministries invite fellowship to continue after some of our Sunday liturgies, and are also involved in special celebrations. They extend hospitality to the community by assisting in setup and clean up before and after fellowship, providing coffee, juice, pastry and a smile.
Altar Servers
Altar servers have the important role of assisting the priest in the celebration of the Mass on Sunday and on special feasts and occasions. Boys and girls who are at least 8 years and older and who have received First Holy Communion can be altar servers.
Adult Servers
Open to men and open (and youth) 15 and older, adult servers assist with the immediate preparations for the liturgy and serve at the altar. They are also responsible in preparing for weddings, funerals and other liturgical celebrations.
Readers
Readers proclaim the Word of the Lord during the liturgy and also lead the Universal Prayer (prayers of the faithful). A reader must have a sufficiently strong and clear voice to proclaim the Word to the congregation.
Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion
Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion serve at the liturgy by distributing the Body and Blood of Christ to the gathered community.

Children's Liturgy
Children's liturgy involves volunteering to teach the children, based on the Sunday readings, to learn more about God's love and our Catholic faith through crafts, stories, songs, and prayers. Resources and materials are provided. We always need volunteers.
YOUTH GROUP TEAM LEADERS
This group of leaders plan monthly youth night activities to encourage youth to live an active faith life and to develop friendships with other youth from our parishes. Youth group is currently for those ages 12 years to 18 years.
YOUNG ADULT GROUP LEADERS
This group of leaders plan monthly activities to encourage young adults to live an active faith life and to socialize with other young adults from our parishes.
Sacristan
Working closely with the adult servers, the Sacristan carefully arranges the liturgical books, vestments, vessels and linens necessary for the celebration of the mass, and undertakes the overall preparation of liturgical celebrations, including all that is needed for special days such as Ash Wednesday and Palm Sunday.
Music Ministry
Music ministry is an opportunity for you to share your gifts of music. We have a variety of choir teams who are always delighted to welcome new singers and instrumentalists (piano, organ, violin, guitar, etc.).
Art & Environment
This team works to decorate the church for various liturgical seasons such as Advent, Christmas, Lent and Easter. Help is always needed as we are always looking for artists of various media to help envision new ideas and to assist in doing the work.
