Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament

We hold Adoration for vocations and various needs of the Church every First Friday at 7:00 pm and every second Thursday of the month after mass at St. Agnes.  Holy Hour with Mary at 6 pm third Saturday of the month and Divine Mercy Holy Hour fourth Sunday of the month at St. Anthony.  We will sometimes also have adoration on and around the Feast of St. Anthony and St. Agnes and on solemnities.  This gives parishioners and families the opportunity to offer worship, to learn the meaning and beauty of spending time with our Eucharistic Lord, and to expereince God's love through the Real Presence of Jesus in our midst.  We always welcome more Adorers.

Marian Movement Cenacles

"Cenacle" is the place where the apostles of Jesus gathered in prayer, together with His Mother Mary, in anticipation of the outpouring of the Holy Spirit.  This is the original "Pentecost", the great event when the Catholic Church was born.  Our Blessed Mother Mary renews this call to gather once more in "cenacles".  "Just as in the Cenacle of Jerusalem the Apostles, reunited with me in prayer, prepared for the moment of the first Pentecost, so also, in the cenacle of my Immaculate Heart - and consequently in the cenacles where you are gathered in prayer - you apostles of these last times can, with your heavenly Mother, obtain a new effusion of the Holy Spirit."  (284p, Jan.  28, 1984) from the book "To the Priests, Our Lady's Beloved Sons."

Three commitments characterize the spirituality of her Movement:

1.  Consecration to the Immaculate Heart of Mary

2.  Unity with the Pope and with the Church united to him

3.  Leading others to entrustment to Our Lady and to the formation of cenacles of prayer.

A "Cenacle of prayer" group meets every Tuesday at 5:45-7:00 pm at the St. Anthony Padua Room (backdoor).  Cenacle Masses with Holy Hour led by Fr. Ray Guimond are held every other month at either t. Anthony or St. Agnes.  Fr. Ray Guimond is the spiritual director.  If you would like further info, please email Linda at This email address is being protected from spambots.
