Here are three ways to give:

1. St. Agnes and St. Anthony would prefer if you use: Pre-Authorized Giving Agreement Form

   Please include in the message box:
      a. Donation amount
      b. Your Full Name
      c. Your Full Address
      d. Any special instructions (eg. Parish Fund, Maintenance Fund, and/or "Together We Serve").
   
   If your message box does not allow for all this information, please send the parish this information in a separate email.
